Shipping policy
At T2T Distribution, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, accurately, and at a fair rate. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days; however, due to fluctuations in inventory and supplier availability, certain items may require up to 5 business days to ship unless otherwise stated. If your order is affected, we’ll notify you promptly. We ship via trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and regional freight providers, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order, and you’ll see the final rate at checkout. For bulk or pallet shipments, please contact us for a custom freight quote. Delivery timeframes vary by location and selected shipping method, but most standard shipments arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch. For oversized or palletized orders, freight delivery is used and may require a loading dock or liftgate service; the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. We currently ship within the continental U.S. only. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, please contact us prior to placing an order. Please inspect your order upon delivery, and if anything arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours so we can assist with replacements or claims.
